Software that solves business problems. AI that moves work forward.
From enterprise ERP and custom software to AI-powered workflow automation, we help businesses streamline operations, integrate systems and build technology that scales.
Run Smarter. Grow Faster.
Services
What we build
Engineering across the delivery lifecycle, from first discovery through to the release after launch.
Custom Software Development
Software built around how your business actually works, rather than bending the business to fit a package.
ERP Development
Implementing, customising or building ERP systems that connect finance, inventory, purchasing and operations.
AI & Workflow Automation
Applying AI to document processing, task routing, data extraction and the repetitive work that slows teams down.
SaaS Product Development
Multi-tenant product engineering: architecture, build and the operational groundwork a SaaS needs to scale.
API & System Integration
Connecting the systems you already run so data moves between them reliably instead of by spreadsheet.
Legacy Modernisation
Moving ageing applications onto a maintainable stack without stopping the business that depends on them.
Cloud & DevOps
Deployment pipelines, infrastructure and observability so releases are routine rather than an event.
Mobile App Development
Mobile applications that work against your existing systems rather than as another disconnected silo.
Solutions
Systems we specialise in
Categories of business software we build end to end. Each is developed to your requirements rather than sold as a fixed package.
School Management Software
Admissions, attendance, assessments, fees and accounting for schools and multi-campus groups.
HRMS Software
Hire-to-retire HR systems: onboarding, leave, attendance, payroll inputs, performance and exit.
Lead Management Software
CRM and lead capture across advertising channels, with routing, follow-up and campaign reporting.
Industries
Where we have depth
We list an industry only where there is genuine engineering depth behind it, rather than filling a menu.
Why Runvance
How we work differently
Capability statements, not claims about scale. We have no client logos to show you and will not invent any.
Engineering, not reselling
We write and own the code. When a requirement does not fit a package, we build for it rather than talking you out of it.
Integration-first architecture
Most business problems are not one system, they are five that do not talk. We design for the seams from the start.
Business-oriented solution design
Requirements are agreed in terms of operations and outcomes, not feature lists, so the build can be judged against something real.
AI applied where it pays
AI is used for document processing, extraction, classification and routing where it measurably removes work — not as a label on the proposal.
Flexible implementation
Fixed-fee discovery, milestone-billed delivery, or an ongoing retainer. The commercial shape follows the work, not the other way round.
Support after go-live
Monitoring, maintenance and iteration are part of the offer, because the first release is rarely the one that settles.
Delivery
How a project runs
Seven stages from first conversation to the improvements after go-live.
- 01
Discovery & requirements
We map how the work actually flows today — the systems, the spreadsheets, the manual handoffs — and agree what success looks like in measurable terms.
- 02
Solution architecture
Data model, service boundaries, integration points and hosting. You get the shape of the system before anyone writes production code.
- 03
UX & technical design
Screens and flows for the people who will use it daily, reviewed against the architecture so the design is buildable as drawn.
- 04
Development & integration
Built in increments you can see and use. Integrations are wired early, because that is where most projects actually go wrong.
- 05
Testing & quality assurance
Automated tests around the logic that matters, plus migration rehearsals against real data shapes before anything goes near production.
- 06
Deployment & onboarding
Release pipeline, environment configuration, data migration and training for the teams who have to live with the system.
- 07
Support & continuous improvement
Monitoring, fixes and the next increment. Software that is used changes; the engagement allows for that.
Technology
What we build with
Technologies drawn from systems the team has actually built, not a list of everything popular.

Questions
What buyers usually ask first
Direct answers, including where the answer is that it depends.
- How much does custom software development cost?
- It depends on scope, integrations and how much existing data has to be migrated. The honest answer is that nobody can quote accurately before discovery. We start with a paid, fixed-fee discovery that produces an architecture and a costed plan — if you then build elsewhere, the plan is still yours.
- How long does ERP implementation take?
- A focused go-live covering core operations is typically a matter of weeks rather than months, provided scope is held. Multi-entity rollouts, heavy customisation and messy legacy data are what extend timelines — all three are identified during discovery, not discovered mid-build.
- Can you customise an ERP we already run?
- Yes. Extending or fixing an existing deployment is usually cheaper than replacing it, and we will say so when that is the case. We assess what is salvageable before recommending a rebuild.
- Can you add AI to an application we already have?
- Usually, yes. The practical constraints are whether your data is reachable through an API or database and whether the task is one AI is actually reliable at — document extraction, classification, routing and retrieval are; judgement calls that carry legal or financial consequence are not.
- Do you provide ongoing maintenance?
- Yes, as a retainer covering monitoring, fixes, small enhancements and upgrades. It is optional, and the code is yours either way.
- Do you work with businesses outside India?
- Yes. Delivery is fully remote with working hours arranged to overlap yours, and invoicing is available in your currency.
