AI Interview & Assessment Platform

Structured, evidence-based hiring decisions — without handing the decision to a model.

What this is

An interview intelligence and structured assessment platform that runs the hiring lifecycle end to end: job and competency framework, candidate pipeline, scheduling, the live interview with a real-time transcript, interviewer scorecards, and an AI assessment where every score points back to the moment in the transcript that produced it. It works standalone as a lightweight applicant tracking system, or alongside an ATS or HRMS you already run.

Capabilities

What it does today

Competency frameworks

Jobs defined as weighted competencies with a rubric for each, versioned so changing a published job does not rewrite history.

Candidate pipeline

Configurable stages, resume parsing with inferred fields marked as inferred, and deduplication within an organisation.

Public careers pages

A hosted job board per organisation with an application flow, feeding candidates straight into the pipeline.

Scheduling

Panel assignment, calendar invites and candidate self-reschedule links, with timezones handled rather than assumed.

Live interview

Browser audio and video with a device check, explicit consent capture before any recording starts, and a live transcript the interviewer can read as they go.

Interviewer scorecards

The interviewer's own assessment, with the AI panel optionally locked until they submit so the model does not anchor their judgement.

Evidence-linked assessment

Rubric scores generated from the transcript, where every score carries an evidence reference or is explicitly marked insufficient evidence. Clicking the evidence opens the transcript at that timestamp.

Live copilot

Suggested follow-up questions and competency coverage during the interview, so gaps surface while there is still time to close them.

Calibration

Structured calibration sessions that measure how consistently different interviewers score the same evidence.

Fairness monitoring

Outcome monitoring across the pipeline, so disparities are measurable rather than assumed absent.

AI health analytics

Evaluation of the models themselves — accuracy against reviewed cases, drift and usage — reported in the console rather than taken on trust.

Audit and privacy

An audit log of privileged actions and sensitive reads, consent records, candidate data export and an erasure workflow.

Everything listed here exists in the running product. Where something is planned rather than built, it is not on this page.

Fit

Who it is for

  • Teams running enough interviews that consistency between interviewers has become a real problem
  • Hiring managers receiving opinions when they need evidence they can review
  • HR and legal functions that need AI involvement in hiring to be explainable and auditable
  • Organisations that want structured assessment without replacing an ATS they already run

Limits

What it deliberately does not do

  • AI never makes a hiring decision. It drafts, transcribes, maps evidence and scores against a rubric; authorised humans decide.
  • Every AI score is traceable to transcript evidence, or is explicitly marked as having insufficient evidence.
  • No emotion, personality or facial analysis. Assessment is based on what a candidate said, against a rubric.
  • A human can override any score, and the override is recorded.

Access

How to get started

The platform is live and in use. Access is granted per organisation rather than by open self-service signup, so new organisations start with a walkthrough and are set up with their roles, competency frameworks and pipeline in place.

Already set up? Sign in above. Otherwise the enquiry form is the way in.

Before you commit

What to weigh up

The platform's value depends on defining competencies and rubrics properly, which is work your hiring team has to do rather than work the software can do for you. It is also worth deciding up front whether interviewers should see AI scores before submitting their own — showing them is faster, hiding them produces independent judgement, and the setting materially changes what the data is worth. Where hiring touches regulated or works-council territory, involve those stakeholders before rollout rather than after.

Questions

Frequently asked

Does the AI decide who gets hired?
No. It drafts interview plans, produces live transcripts, maps answers to competencies and scores against the rubric you defined. Every score links to the transcript evidence behind it, and a human can override any of it. Hiring and rejection decisions are made by authorised people, and the platform is built so that stays true.
How is this different from an AI interview tool that scores candidates automatically?
Most of those produce a number with no auditable basis, which is the thing legal and HR teams cannot defend. Here, a score without evidence attached is shown as insufficient evidence rather than as a confident figure, and the interviewer's own scorecard is captured independently of the model.
Does it analyse facial expressions or personality?
No. There is no emotion, personality or facial analysis. Assessment works from what the candidate said, measured against the rubric for the role.
Can we use it alongside our existing ATS?
Yes. It runs standalone as a lightweight applicant tracking system if you do not have one, or as the interview and assessment layer alongside an ATS or HRMS you already use.
What happens to candidate data?
Consent is recorded before any recording starts. Candidates can have their data exported or erased, retention is configurable, and privileged actions and sensitive reads are written to an audit log that an auditor can filter.
Can we sign up online?
Not currently. Organisations are set up individually so roles, competency frameworks and the hiring pipeline are configured before anyone runs a real interview. Send an enquiry and we will arrange a walkthrough.
