AI Product Demo Agent

Every interested prospect sees a real demo the same day, without waiting for a solutions engineer.

What this is

A multi-tenant platform where a software company registers its product and gets an AI agent that schedules demos, joins the call, runs discovery, drives the real product live, answers questions from verified product knowledge, handles objections, qualifies the prospect and hands a documented lead to a human. The platform knows nothing about any particular product: product behaviour arrives as configuration, as an adapter built with the SDK, or as demo environment scripts — never as platform code.

Capabilities

What it does today

Booking links

Published links and invitations that let a prospect book a demo directly, including outside your team's working hours.

The agent runs the demo

A conversational agent joins the call, follows the narrative configured for the product, and adapts to what the prospect asks for.

It drives the real product

A browser worker operates a governed demo environment, so the prospect watches the actual product rather than a click-through tour or a recording.

Grounded answers

A knowledge engine answers only from verified product knowledge, so the agent does not invent a feature that does not exist.

Discovery and qualification

Requirements and context are captured during the conversation rather than reconstructed from memory afterwards.

Structured hand-off

Each session produces a qualified lead with the discovery, the questions asked and the objections raised, ready for a human to pick up.

Question capture

Everything prospects asked, including what the agent could not answer, collected where product and marketing can actually see it.

Demo preparation

Per-prospect preparation ahead of the call, so the session starts from their context rather than a generic script.

Agent quality harness

Test cases, scheduled runs, failure reports and recommendations — the agent's performance is measured rather than assumed.

Product configuration

Register a product and integrate at the depth that suits it, from knowledge-only through to a native SDK integration.

Analytics

Session outcomes, drop-off points and what prospects consistently ask about, across every demo run.

Private meetings

Runvance Meet, an approval-based private video service, so calls run on infrastructure you control rather than a third-party meeting account.

Everything listed here exists in the running product. Where something is planned rather than built, it is not on this page.

Fit

Who it is for

  • B2B software companies with more interested prospects than demo capacity
  • Teams where the first demo is days away and leads cool off in the gap
  • Products demoed five different ways by five different people, with features routinely missed
  • Companies selling into timezones or languages their team does not staff

Limits

What it deliberately does not do

  • The agent answers from verified product knowledge only. It does not improvise capabilities.
  • It runs inside a governed demo environment, not against production or customer data.
  • Qualification is a hand-off to a human, not an automated commercial commitment.
  • The platform is product-agnostic: your product is configuration and adapters, never changes to the platform itself.

Access

How to get started

The platform is live, and the console where you register a product, configure the agent and review sessions is Connect. Onboarding a product means capturing its knowledge and setting up a demo environment, so new companies are set up with us rather than through an open signup form.

Already set up? Sign in above. Otherwise the enquiry form is the way in.

Before you commit

What to weigh up

The agent is only as good as the product knowledge behind it, and assembling that knowledge honestly is the real onboarding work — a thin knowledge base produces an agent that deflects. You also need a demo environment that can be driven safely and reset between sessions, which for some products is straightforward and for others is a project in itself. And decide early where the hand-off sits: an agent that qualifies well but hands off into a queue nobody watches will not improve conversion.

Questions

Frequently asked

How is this different from an interactive demo tour or a chatbot?
A click-through tour is a static recording of screens, and a chatbot answers text questions without showing anything. This runs a live conversation while operating the actual product, so the prospect sees the real thing responding to what they asked about, and the session ends with structured discovery rather than a transcript.
Will the agent make things up about our product?
It answers from verified product knowledge that you supply and approve. Questions outside that knowledge are captured as unanswered and surfaced to you, rather than being answered speculatively. That capture is one of the more useful outputs — it shows what prospects ask that your material does not cover.
Does it touch our production system?
No. The agent drives a governed demo environment that is separate from production and from customer data.
What does it take to onboard a product?
Product knowledge, a demo environment the agent can drive and reset, and a decision about integration depth — from knowledge-only, through screen demos, to a deeper tool or SDK integration. The knowledge-gathering is usually the longest part.
What does a human actually receive?
A qualified lead with the discovery captured during the call, the questions the prospect asked, the objections raised and the session record, so the follow-up starts from context rather than from scratch.
Can we sign up online?
Not currently. Onboarding involves capturing your product knowledge and setting up a demo environment the agent can drive, so companies are set up with us. Send an enquiry to start that.
