RUNVANCE

About

An independent software engineering firm

Runvance builds custom software, ERP systems and AI-powered automation for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools.

What we do

We are an engineering firm, not a reseller. We design and write the software, we own the delivery, and the code is yours at the end of it. Most of our work sits in one of three places: building an application that does not exist yet, making the systems a business already runs talk to each other, or putting AI to work on the repetitive parts of a process.

Delivery is fully remote, with working hours arranged to overlap yours. Runvance is a sole proprietorship registered in Uttar Pradesh, India, and works with clients internationally.

We are deliberate about what this site claims. There are no client logos, testimonials, certifications or delivery statistics here, because we are not willing to publish ones we cannot evidence. What we can describe honestly is how we work and what we are able to build — which is what the rest of this site does.

Approach

How we work

Engineering, not reselling

We write and own the code. When a requirement does not fit a package, we build for it rather than talking you out of it.

Integration-first architecture

Most business problems are not one system, they are five that do not talk. We design for the seams from the start.

Business-oriented solution design

Requirements are agreed in terms of operations and outcomes, not feature lists, so the build can be judged against something real.

AI applied where it pays

AI is used for document processing, extraction, classification and routing where it measurably removes work — not as a label on the proposal.

Flexible implementation

Fixed-fee discovery, milestone-billed delivery, or an ongoing retainer. The commercial shape follows the work, not the other way round.

Support after go-live

Monitoring, maintenance and iteration are part of the offer, because the first release is rarely the one that settles.

Delivery

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Discovery & requirements

We map how the work actually flows today — the systems, the spreadsheets, the manual handoffs — and agree what success looks like in measurable terms.

  2. 02

    Solution architecture

Data model, service boundaries, integration points and hosting. You get the shape of the system before anyone writes production code.

  3. 03

    UX & technical design

Screens and flows for the people who will use it daily, reviewed against the architecture so the design is buildable as drawn.

  4. 04

    Development & integration

Built in increments you can see and use. Integrations are wired early, because that is where most projects actually go wrong.

  5. 05

    Testing & quality assurance

Automated tests around the logic that matters, plus migration rehearsals against real data shapes before anything goes near production.

  6. 06

    Deployment & onboarding

Release pipeline, environment configuration, data migration and training for the teams who have to live with the system.

  7. 07

    Support & continuous improvement

Monitoring, fixes and the next increment. Software that is used changes; the engagement allows for that.
