Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data Runvance collects through runvance.com, why, and your rights. Runvance is a sole proprietorship registered in Uttar Pradesh, India. For privacy questions, use the contact form and mark your message “Privacy”.
What we collect
- Contact form: the details you enter in the form on our contact page — typically your name, work email, and optionally your phone number, company, country, the service you’re interested in, and your message.
- Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag), only if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, these scripts are not loaded.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to prepare and deliver services you ask for (legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
- To measure which marketing channels bring enquiries (legitimate interest; for cookies, your consent).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Where it is stored and who processes it
Our contact form is embedded from Payvizio (leads.payvizio.com), which receives and stores your submission on our behalf as our processor. Email is handled by Google Workspace. If you accept analytics cookies, Google, Meta and LinkedIn process data under their own policies. Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on the provider’s standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. Client records are kept as long as needed for the engagement and for tax and accounting obligations under Indian law (typically 8 years).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU and UK GDPR and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Send the request through our contact form and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Client data in projects
When we implement or support systems for a client, we process the client’s business data only on the client’s instructions, under a separate agreement (and a data processing agreement where required). This policy covers the website only.
Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the date above.
